Sunset Windmills Suites

Great costumer services!

Very nice place. We had the partial sea view room and you could see the windmills and the water from our balcony. Very close to everything, about 5 minutes from the main little Venice area. The owners were super helpful and friendly as well. For transportation: We took the bus from the ferry and then it was about a 5.minute walk from there. We also took the seabus to the ferry at the end which was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, but a much better experience than the bus. We also used ATVs to get around the island which were super convenient. There was a place to rent them out right across the street and free parking a block up from that behind the windmills. Definitely an awesome location, very easy to get around, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area, and of course great spot to go out in.

I would really recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the downtown. The location is amazing it’s in the heart of Mykonos. With direct view on the windmills. The property is a renovated room hosted by very kind lady who took care of us and was there anytime we needed her. Anyone who is looking to stay in a room not in a hotel will definitely love it, and the security is high at the property. The doors are auto locked, keys stay with you, cctv cameras all over the corridor. Recommend

Just perfect!

At first I was nervous booking this place because it didn’t have that many reviews on Expedia. But due to the location and photos, I went with it. I must say this was the best decision. The host came to pick us up from the bus station (which was extremely helpful). She also checked on us frequently. Also, the location of this was so perfect - just minutes away from all the beautiful photo spots we wanted to visit. Cleaning services were 10/10 and the interior/amenities were just perfect. Oh also, we were really surprised by how soundproof the room was despite being centrally located. The only very tiny issue we had was that there was no glass door around the shower so the water would get everywhere when we showered (but that might just be a European thing, we’re American). Other than that, this was perfect - thanks again for having us!
