Superb One Bedroom Getaway in Dysart Kirkcaldy

Location magical location near the sea.

No lift to access the flat, but amazing place.

Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our break

Not many places to eat or drink in the vicinity

Mediocre at best. There is nothing in the flat that would justify a £300 deposit. Offer to book directly with the American hosting service for a 25% discount will be missed.

Poor communication and contradictory and hidden information on the website about an excessive deposit led to missing out on a night stay. The communication was appalling. Picture of house misleading, it is a third floor flat in a poor 80ies house. Appliances, furniture were tatty at best. The area is devoid of any greenery.

Comfortable with plenty of surfaces and cupboard space, very clean..the exceptional views..also many smaller touches were much appreciated e.g conveniently placed and numerous electrical outlets for laptops and phones, touch sensitive beside lights movement sensitive lights to illuminate the keypad at front door and also in bathroom , grab rail in bath..good lighting throughout . Good height for the bed, The electrically powered reclining sofa with a view was worth selling tickets for!!!!

Nothing to write here..should perhaps say that cannot comment on hob/oven or washer/dryer as did not use either

De ligging in een rustig dorp. Alles op rij afstand. Rustige buurt en goede buren.

The only thing is... It's on the third floor.

The view from the flat was excellent. The accommodation was great. Everything I needed. Quiet surroundings. Good communication from agent.

Didn't know it would be on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs and no lift. This was a real struggle with my luggage.

Very comfortable lounge area with reclining sofa, which was a great bonus. The apartment is well decorated and was kept clean for our arrival.
