Kayra Cave Suites

Our stay at Kayra Cave Suites was brilliant. From the moment we checked in, Mehmet was extremely kind and helpful and was able to make our reservation for the hot air balloon ride, which went super smoothly. Our room was nice and clean and we loved the setting of the room, the vibe was super cosy. The area surrounding the hotel is so convenient, where there are many lovely restaurants and shops all walking distance which made everything so easy to get around. We were also able to view the balloons fly from the hotels terrace which was a lovely experience. The staff were always very welcoming, polite and happy to answer any questions that we had. They were able to book our airport transfer to/from the hotel with no issues. Esila in particular was so lovely and was able to speak to us in English brilliantly and helpful with our bags which we were able to leave in reception and come back to collect later. Overall our stay at Kayra Cave Suites was excellent and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to book at the centre of Göreme.

We was a group of 19 people, we loved everything about this place it. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable and made our stay feel so comfortable. We would definitely come here again.

Very very nice suite, wide and elegantly decorated. It is a cave, therefore bear in mind that it’s a little bit dump

Given that it can often be difficult to find path in Cappadocia trails, I’d recommend the very gentle and supportive staff at the reception to provide additional location information to the maps available

Beautiful hotel, great location, great breakfast and helpful staff! TIP : always ask the hotel to book tours/ balloon flight etc they get much better pricing

Other guests hanging dirty clothes outside their rooms. Not a big deal and goreme is very dusty and hot. But hotel could advertise laundry service better and stop people from washing their clothes in the room.. laundry service was cheap and good
