Boutique Hotel NOAE by Emerald Stay

The welcome we received was just superb and we were treated so well by all of the staff involved throughout our stay. This is a special place and we used it mainly because we were at the back end of our trip, as it was very convenient for the early morning trip to the airport. We sat out on the last night and ate a wonderful dinner whilst we gazed over the mountains witnessing a beautiful sunset. This hotel is high up there in every respect and you can see forever across the valleys and out across the bay at St. Florent.

It is a perfect little boutique hotel. The room we had was beautiful, large, stylish, with windows on two sides with views of the mountains and sea in the distance. The breakfast was lovely - sitting out on the terrace, with all the usual options plus delicious avocado and poached egg on toast! The outside area is peaceful and relaxing, with an amazing pool and it is easy to order anything from your lounger. We had dinner there one night and it was very good, if a little pricey, but then everything is quite expensive in Corsica. The hotel is on the edge of a little village which is nice to wander through and has a couple of restaurants, one of which we tried and really enjoyed. Finally, the staff at the hotel are fabulous, so friendly and helpful, while you are there you feel like part of their family!

There was nothing we didn't like but in terms of anything that could have been better, it would have been nice to have been able to get light meal options for lunch or small supper, or even something to go with drinks in the evening.

Beautiful room and grounds. Great view over the hills down to Saint Florent with lovely sunsets. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. One day they arranged the pool boy to walk with us down a rustic goat path to a local farmers market in a church grounds. Great breakfast with cooked to order food and a small buffet. We ate dinner there twice

Oletta is very quiet so you will drive everywhere but the ease a nice restaurant there called a forge.

The staff of this hotel is a gem! They are absolutely wonderful and will make sure your trip is memorable. The property is beautiful and well maintained. AC is superb and breakfast is delicious. There are no flaws in this place. But the people is what makes them so amazing. We will be back next year.
