The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning staff did not replenish the coffee or shampoo supplies during my 7 night stay. Once the original supply (2 regular and 2 caffeine free) were used, no more were placed in the room. Same for the shampoo and conditioner. The bed linen was not changed and the bed was only partially made. The trash cans were not emptied. The room was not serviced on 3 of the 7 days.
