Красивый отель, хорошие вкусные завтраки и особенно порадовало время их подачи - до вечера.

Очень шумно с дороги и днем и ночью, но тут ничего не поделаешь. Если не вешать табличку не беспокоить - стучать и предлагать уборку начинают с 10 утра, что часто слишком рано.

Personalet var fantastiske - Super imødekommende og sørgede altid for at give en perfekt service. Vi havde lidt problemer med vandet på vores værelse, og personalet gjorde alt, hvad de kunne, for at fikse det med det samme. Det kunne desværre ikke lade sig gøre, så de fik med det samme indlogeret os på et nyt værelse, og vi fik en gratis frokost som undskyldning for belejligheden - noget som de slet ikke behøvede. Maden var generelt helt fantastisk. Vi nød at få den lækre morgenmad hver dag, og uanset hvad vi valgte på menukortet, så smagte det fantastisk.

The staff are amazing. The room felt very private, tucked away from the road and main facilities. The garden area made it feel even bigger and gave us time to enjoy outdoor space. The pool was gorgeous with lots of lounging options & close to the restaurant if you wanted a snack or drink! The facility was a beautiful mix of modern and green (we had a garden room). The all day breakfast was a standout, the fact that you could sleep in and not worry about a meal time made it even better. The staff even surprised me on my birthday with cake and a beautiful birthday message on our bed! Location is great too (only a km to the beach and La Brisa beach club) and lots of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes of walking.

Everything was great!! It could be a little noisy by the pool with the local traffic but we barely noticed & that would be the case at any accommodation :)

- location is great for seeing Canggu and getting about - very friendly staff, always accommodating and welcoming - cleaning was spot on, consistent and daily. Fresh filtered water supplied everyday and more on request which was a nice touch! - bed is comfortable

- The water pressure failed quite a lot ( visited in 2024 and it was perfect, so something has changed, maybe because we had a top apartment and last year we were ground level ) - the breakfast changed this year and was not as nice and options felt limited ( 3 choices and smaller portions were better and more tasty last year ) some breakfast plates were cold - Canggu is getting noisier every year and it was very loud while trying to sleep. Not the hotels fault, but be mindful if you have kids or want a quiet space
