"Prima verblijf: zeer verzorgd hotel, leveren de beloofde diensten."

Heel efficiënte manier van werken: ophalen sleutels uit kluisje - grote, nette kamer met alle voorzieningen. Prima ontbijt: uitgebreid, lekker, goede kwaliteit. We hebben het ontbreken van bemande receptie niet als nadeel of beperking ervaren.

Locatie wat afgelegen t.o.v. centrum van Zeebrugge (weinig sfeer, rand van havengebied) , maar dat wisten we op voorhand ongeveer. Vrij ver naar tramhalte. Geen nederlands-sprekende hotelmedewerkers, ook kennis Engels beperkt tot de manager. Ander personeel: geen kennis van gemeenschappelijke taal. Achtergrondmuziekje in ontbijtruimte had gemogen.

"Bis auf den nicht gereinigten Boden super"

Frühstück war gut. Personal war freundlich.

Wenn man das Schild an die Tür hängt bitte sauber machen sollte das auch gemacht werden. Mann bekam neue Handtücher das Bad wurde gereinigt .Aber in dem anderem Zimmer war immer noch Sand auf dem Boden

Die Lage war sehr gut!

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Doppelbett sehr klein! Aber völlig ok für eine Nacht!

"Zeebrugge industrie, niet heen gaan"

Ontbijt was prima, basic maar alles goed. Kamer was goed schoon en badkamer was prima en schoon en groot genoeg. De tram is goedkoop en een aanrader. Wel lekker gefietst, alleen geen mogelijkheid om de fietsen te stallen. Heel raar/ vervelend.

Het was erggggg warm in de kamer, was airco maar dit was een losse airco direct aan je bed, niet prettig veel lawaai. Raam kon open maar erg lang de zon erop. Dus niet in zomer heen gaan. Plastic molton op bed dus ‘s nachts bleef het warm om te slapen. Industrie gebied en weinig vertier, geen restaurants in de buurt. Alles was vergane glorie. Zeebrugge gaan we niet meer heen, hele kust strook is vergane glorie. Veel, heel veel leegstand. Zelfs Knokke was eigenlijk niet veel.

Vlakbij het strand.

Kamer was warm, klein en met wat zand op de vloer. Kortom prijs kwaliteit niet oke. Ontbijt was matig. Poederige koffie en een espressomachine die niet werkte. Tijdens ons gehele verblijf niemand gezien, ook niet tijdens het ontbijt.

ontbijt is altijd goed onze zoon woont 2 km van hier en vooral in de winter is de kamer lekker warm en goede parking over het hotel

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Le grand parkikng gratuit juste en face de l'hôtel et la recharge pour véhicule électrique
