Great place to stay.

Clean, very polite people

It smelled of mold and mildew in the room.

Property was just ok. Staff was lazy, not at the desk when needed.

No wifi in rooms , & horrible customer service

This seemed like the best option for staying in this area and I was wrong. Asked for extra pillows..he didn’t have them. Our first room had bugs on the wall and floor. When we told the front desk guy he wasn’t surprised. Put us in a new room. Said he had to give us double queens because all the king rooms were dirty. The new room had peeling paint and black marks on the bathroom floorboards. It wasn’t pleasant and we had to convince ourselves to just go to sleep because it was late and we were in town for an event. I would’ve rather stayed in Baytown at the hotels there.

Room had a funny smell. Suspicious activity in the area. Staff seemed to do the bare minimum. Comforter cover was stained.

Breakfast was the worst we have experienced in our travels over the past 5 years. Not even a hard-boiled egg; disgusting "fruit loops" cereal which is being outlawed in the US. Hard, dry bagels. Only thing that was good was the coffee, but closed down at 9am!

Above. Breakfast basically missing. Water in bathroom was so low was hard to get rinsed in shower. Water in the sink would not go down...took over 5 minutes to empty after brushing teeth! Temperature in room was hard to regulate..either too cold or too warm.
