Staff attitude, especially at reception

The staff at the time of check in was very rude, but staff at the time of check out was good

Calm surroundings

1. Complimentary break fast was not offered 2. Little more courtesy and interaction expected by us

Only coffee and tea served. No restaurant.

Room did not have a decent coffee table. There were no regular sofa chairs and in their place there were just two very unstable plastic chairs. Also, the extra bed and bed linen provided were a disappointment.

Balaji, Mani and all the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Coffee and tea served in room was lovely too. Clean and well presented property. Location away from centre was good as quiet and plenty of facilities in walkable distance. Balaji arranged an auto-rickshaw for us to take to local sites and taxi to Pondicherry as no train on the day we needed. Many thanks to all.

Would benefit from a terrace, outside sitting area...maybe on the roof.
