Every guest who stays in the hotel are elegible to collect their invoices at the time of check out. Hence we do not hesitate to provide the invoice but to collect it while checking out is the guests choice. Even after check out if you want the invoices surely they call can send a message by any means and would be shared accordingly them without fail. In accordance with the prevailing guidelines and instructions issued by the local administration, the hotel is currently unable to accommodate: * Guests presenting local residential ID proofs. * Unmarried couples falling within the age category specified by the local authorities. All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if the required documentation or eligibility criteria are not met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with the applicable regulations.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
