The hotel was very close to my event which was convenient as we were there during the winter storm.

We were booked into a wheelchair accessible room. The blinds were broken, In fact they were taped down so we had to roll them up to open them and allow light into the room. The bar inside the closet is too close to the floor. I was there for an event so my husband's suit and my dress was dragging the floor. And the front desk staffs personalities were just... blah. We were there for 5 days (during a storm) and NONE of them smiled or spoke except for the girl on the last day as we were checking out. I guess I just expected more.

Proximity to our planned event. Husband liked breakfast

Both Blinds were broken and had to manually rolled up and placed on top of the valance. One set was taped. The bar in the closet was placed midway inside. I'm guessing this room was handicap accessible, but I'm not disabled and don't particularly care for my hanging clothes to touch the floor. We were also placed in the very last room, which I absolutely hate. I may be being picky, but these were issues for me. Lastly, we were there 6 days, it was on the last day at check out that a front desk person said hello, and despite the weather, we were in/out every day. One person spoke (back) the staff wasn't very hospitable. I will end with a positive... the housekeeping staff was great!
