The location is very close to airport and a nearby mall which is convenient if you need anything right before your trip, for example I needed to buy a new carry-on and they were ample selections. It is a lower end mall with more discount stores than higher end. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable.

There definitely needs to be clear explanation where to pick up the shuttle at the airport. I tried calling for many hours. Nobody at reception picked up. I was just on the loop waiting. Once I figured out where the shuttle is after walking up and down terminals for about 15 minutes, (which is in the middle median at terminal three) then the shuttle arrived on the hour, which was fine. Also, I asked for a 6 AM wake up call because I’m a solo traveler and I was just worried nobody called when I went down to the reception. They simply said oh we forgot.

It was like a Holiday Inn on steroids! Every corner of the property was a sign on efficiency save and the environment. Clean, clean! Breakfast was great! Front desk very nice and helpful.

30-year hotel guy (now retired) Saw an employee take a pastry and put it in his pocket LOL. Not really LOL, tell the staff you never know who is watching. It would have been better to just put it on a plate and walk out. OK, your transportation driver - ouch! He had to not had his coffee and or expresso. Little on the grumpy side! To everyone. Then instead of putting the suitcase in the back, he loaded them first in the front? Two of them upright. What do you think happened when he made his firs. turn! On a serious not, if someone was sitting in the solo side seat, could have been an issue. Then he asked what terminals. He was told 1 and 3. He went to 3 unloaded. I then asked him what about #1 termina. He looked up and pointed down the road!!!!!! Please tell me he isn't an employee of B&B and outsource, please!!!!!
