This is a remotely run facility. So there is no one on site to offer immediate assistance. IMO, the access codes to get into the building and into the room should be emailed or messaged immediately after the room is reserved and NOT the next day. If the room has been paid for, send the access codes ASAP.. As a result of this delay, I was in transit when the access codes were sent and I could not get into the building Thankfully, the cleaning woman was there and let me in or it would have been a completely different review. The stand alone wardrobe in the room is not secured to the wall and almost fell over when I opened the door to get a towel. As an FYI, the Window over the shower can not be closed. I personally do not like showers without a door that then allows water to spray out onto the bathroom floor There is a sign in the bathroom saying "Do Not put the toilet paper into the toilet". This is not sanitary and you should put a disclaimer on the listing that you require guests to place their used toilet paper into a trash basket.

Muy lindo y acogedor el lugar, cuenta con todos los servicios básicos y necesarios para una corta estancia! El personal siempre pendiente, y me apoyaron remotamente en todo momento. Gracias!

La ubicación es inmejorable. El trato por parte del dueño y del personal fue exquisito. Sensación de seguridad. Restaurantes cercanos y lo mejor de León a mano sin necesitar transporte público.
