"Exceptional"

It is a 10 minute walk from the metro and big fountain. As you walk to and from, you are literally walking through its fine shopping strip. Very safe and bustling area. Moreover, the concierge was quite friendly and had great city recommendation and directions. The room was spaceous and very clean, had mostly everything you needed with a great bed and shower. I haven't had a good hotel stay in a while till this one.

"Great place to stay!"

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and tasty. I like the idea of a small shop by the reception, when person can buy any small items they might need for everyday use (small shampoo, water, deodorant, etc...). Location is also great, there is fantastic view from the reception floor.

"Great location and exemplary staff"

The property is in excellent shape. We enjoyed the hotel and especially the staff. Giorgio was exemplary and very helpful. He should be managing the location if he is not already. He assisted us in things to do and with taxi service. His English was excellent for us non Italian speaking tourists. Ramona was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

"Explore city center near hotel"

Hotel's location near city center made our stay very convenient. We were on our way back from Italy to France and needed a stay for one day and night. We're glad we chose this hotel. We parked on the street near the Hotel's entrance located at the top floor. We were able to explore the city center by easy walking from the hotel.

Struttura nuova con un piccolo parcheggio in centro a Genova. Vicinanza con l'ospedale Galliera. Personale molto cortese... Da ritornare per visitare Genova
