The check-in staff and cleanliness.

At night in the courtyard outside my door- people pulled up a table at my door due to rain/ area was covered- and were SO LOUD!!! I had to get up at 5:00 am the next day- not the best sleep due to the “party situation.” Otherwise the site was super

THE AFTER HOURS EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE WHEN ASKED WHERE THE ELEVATOR WAS LOCATED- SHE REMARKED YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THE SIGN, THE CHAIR IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA HAD MULTIPLE STAINS, FLOOR WAS STICKY
