Very nice, cozy stone-hotel

The staff is great, especially Costas, the manager of the hotel. Big room, all new, great view, and all was great.

No air condition

The staff was super nice, Maria was warm and welcoming and was very in tune with us. she helped us a lot, gave us recommenrdations for places to travel and eat. the rooms were very homey. we even received a complimentary drink. and some treats. the hotel is right on the edge. very quietlocation the location was great for travelling in the area.

everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and neat as was the whole hotel complex. The stone houses are kept very traditional and perfectly renovated.

We missed the view a little bit and would have loved to have the breakfast outside. Other than that we had a perfect stay.

The hotel and room were beautiful, with many antique objects and a quaint and charming style. The breakfast was exceptionally generous - especially since it was only the two of us staying there at the time so we got the whole buffet to ourselves! Our host Felicity greeted us warmly in person and provided a lot of information about the area, as well as leaving us a hand-written note in the room with some sweets and drinks.

The room did not have a hot tub as advertised, only a shower which was very small and leaked water onto the floor. The room itself was pretty small and crowded with two suitcases. The road up to the hotel is quite narrow and it's not very clear upon arrival where to park.

But perhaps the crowning jewel of my stay was the unparalleled level of service provided by the hotel staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, every interaction with the staff was characterized by professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. No request was too big or too small, and every effort was made to ensure that my needs were not just met but exceeded. In conclusion, while the room ventilation issue was a minor inconvenience, it did little to detract from the overall magnificence of my time. I would wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional retreat to anyone seeking an unforgettable escape.

While the room exuded warmth and charm, boasting a cozy fireplace that added a touch of romance to the ambiance, I found that the ventilation was not as effective as one would hope. Each time I added wood to the fire, a cloud of smoke would permeate the room, causing a temporary inconvenience. It took at least an hour for the smoke to dissipate, disrupting the otherwise seamless tranquility of the space. Despite this small drawback, the overall experience at Gioraldi Art Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary.
