"We had an enjoyable stay and loved looking round a new area."

The location was good being close to the railway station and metro was very helpful as we needed to use transport to get round the area. We were able to walk to two good reataurants. The walks along the sea front and along the bay to Cullercoats and Tynemouth was easy and enjoyable.There was good car parking behind the property

The house was small with a very small kitchen but it was comfortable without being very swish. The bed was comfortable but only double size. The decor was clean but ordinary. Whitley bay felt a bit run down but Cullercoats and Tynemouth were more vibrant.

Location and facilities were good. The flat was clean tidy and as per the description. WiFi was good

Parking was difficult, no allocated space was available all three nights. There were no signs to confirm which space had been allocated. We parked on the road some distance from the property, the main living room widow was in need of repair and the TV did not work

It was it a great location really short walk to the beach and restaurants

Alot, it was unbelievably grubby dirty, the place needed a deep clean, I found myself cleaning walls.. dust in abundance. Needs a new sofa as it dips in the middle very uncomfortable, and it needs a clean. Bedding in the twin bed room was dirty makeup on one of the pillow cases and bottom sheet it smelt unclean .. window broken in the front room. Houses smells when u walk in. it's not inviting. It's a shame as it could be nice. Could not get parked as someone was parked in the allocated space and no space outside. It's not worth the money it's a low-budget apartment. I can't describe how dirty this place is from the skirting boards to the light fittings.. the walls the doors the bedding... the fan in the bathroom is disgusting and green mold on the bath panel Very tired and needs a good freshen up a deep clean and updating. TV only offered Netflix as had no signal Dog poo everywhere, I understand it's not up to the property, but it actually had loads to the front of the house that had been there a while.. it should if been moved as people are paying a lot of money for a 1 night stay.. Just an awful experience should be £30 anight not £119 .. the toilets on the beach were cleaner

The bedrooms are big enough and have a good natural light.

It needs some maintenance and cleaning. Especially the kitchen. The mattresses need to be changed.

"Excellent location, easy walk to Cullercoats and Whitley Bay and beaches."

The location was amazing, 5min walk to the seafront. Quiet residential area. Local shops and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Completely adequate for what we needed. Communication via email was easy, polite and pleasant. There are some negatives as stated below but on the whole this was a nice apartment in a brilliant location for walks by the sea and walking access to Cullercoats and Whitley Bay restuarants, you are spoilt for choice.

The description doesn’t state it’s an upstairs apartment. The free private parking had a vehicle parked in for the whole time we were there. However we didn’t see a sign for the actual property space we worked it out from looking at other plaques. We did park on the road sometimes near the apartment and sometimes not so near. It’s a residential street so a lot of cars parked around. The kitchen window was so dirty it made the kitchen dark. Also some milk for a brew would have been a nice touch. It was extremely windy when we were there and every window had a gale howling through especially the living room and main bedroom.
