Clean, new place. The staff was very friendly. Easy and free parking in front of your room. Free light meal upon arrival. cool idea of a hotel.

Unfortunately, our room was next to the smoking area, with guests talking until late. We weren't able to air the room as the smoke would have come into our room. The chair in front of the desk is far too big for the small business hotel room. Keypoint the wifi is very spotty and slow!

Very comfortable and affordable.

Not much in the way of breakfast. There was a spider in my daughter's room that kept her awake at night.
