Good: location, security, easiness to access, locks.

I arrived to the hotel at 14:30. And she reacted- didn't you read on the website that checking in is at 15:00? The manner was awful! She could say it differently. Not to mention that 15:00 is a kinda late for the hotel to check in. Checking out is at 11:00. I waited until 15, the room was not ready. They placed me to the room at 15:20. The room was ok, but it was hastily cleaned. I had a feeling it was filthy. She "proudly" said there is a balcony in the room, but the floor on it was very dusty; one barely could step on it. Audibility was poor. You could hear how people in the neighboring rooms sneeze, flush the toilet, take a shower, ... Cost for all this is tooo high!

The location of the hotel is good. Not far from the beach and in an rather nice area

The room floor was not clean. When I arrived at 17:00 the room was not even ready. The style of the room furniture is very old fashioned, just some cheap stuff put together. Shower is next to a wooden window frame which starts to rotten and is all black of mold. Noise level is bad. You can hear the airplanes flying over the hotel and people on the street talking. Literally first thing they asked me when I arrived was "How are you going to pay ?"

I booked this stay mainly as it was in a good location.

The lady at check in was not that friendly. I showed up at 7pm, as indicated when I booked. But was greeted as if I did not indicate this along with her telling me “I don’t read my emails”. The AC in the room could not be controlled and the temperature was very warm which made it difficult to sleep. The room also did not have any windows. Along with this, the shower flooded the entire bathroom. The pictures shown need to be updated.
