Velký výběr jídla na snídani, oceňuji domácí pomazánky. Jen bych uvítala větší výběr ovoce, ale vzhledem k ročnímu období to bylo OK. Hotel je krásný, udržovaný, vybudovaný ve stylu vídeňského neoklasicismu, dle mého názoru jeden z nejhezčích v dané lokalitě.

Sehr große und super ausgestattete Zimmer. Wanderungen direkt ins Erzgebirge vom Hotel möglich. Tolle Nähe und Anbindung zu Skigebiet und Langlaufloipen. Reichhaltiges und immer gut gefülltes Buffet

Leider keine Sportgeräte im Hotel. Pool und Sauna sind nicht sehr modern und auch nicht sehr groß. Personal immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber manchmal nur tschechisch oder englisch.

Das Hotel als Anlage war echt schön

Wellness Bereich ist bei der Größe des gesamten Hotel sehr klein , das wir den Parkplatz extra bezahlen mussten, geht garnicht, das Service im Speisenbereich/ Rezeptions war genervt,das geht freundlicher
