Hotel Radium Palace

A true gem in a perfect location imbued with fascinating history. Add to it the wellness/rehab amenities and you've just arrived at a recipe for a great stay in this charming spa town. The spectrum of treatments on offer is wide but remember to book them well in advance as quite a few people are keen on taking advantage of them. Breakfast, in the form of a buffet, is rich and most people will find something to their own liking. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed with one lady in the radon baths section, who gave me a rather cold shoulder.

Very beautiful building, clean with lots of space. Staff friendly and ready to help anytime. Nice and comfortable room with everything you need for a long stay. I had medical treatments for 2 weeks and can't complain with anything.

At the restaurant, it is better to organise special service for disabled guests. It's not really comfortable to use the buffet when disabled people are in the same queue.

Place all facilities like pool, sauna, steam Bath and big restaurants. Breakfast is good

Staff weren’t friendly and lack of room cleaning . Example : used wine glasses wasn’t washed for 4 days, towels weren’t changed and the breakfast ends at 9:30 am where staff literally ask you to move out . Accessibility to hotel is difficult sometimes you have to walk around the hill to reach the entrance as back entrance that’s nearest to parking is closed all times.

The place is clean inside but couple of years ago was better..The most scary and worrying issue is that no even first aid , if there is anybody wounded or needs help , unfortunately, he ll find no help ….Though five years ago ,there used to be a nurse on duty till very late at night … No variety of food ,, most of the food is tasteless… Suddenly, I find soft drinks added on my room number , I had to fight to be cancelled.. The Place deteriorated to the extreme…Even the efficient doctors and nurses left…. Don’t recommend Radium Palace…as a healthy useful Spa or Wellness… Using the lift is a very big issue ,as one of the lifts wasn’t working and till we left it hasn’t been repaired.. The place should make some ramps to facilitate the movement of the elders ,wheelchairs,crutches etc…this has to be highly considered… More care and attention is needed to that lovely place..
