Glutenfreie Speisen bzw. Gebäck zum Frühstück. Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Badezimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und eigentlich renovierungsbedürftig. Im Hauseigenen Restaurant sollte man etwas Geduld aufbringen.

Die Zimmer sind außerordentlich schön gestaltet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Sylvester Buffet war für €28,- pro Person auch nicht extra teuer, es wurden aber die warmen Gerichte halt auch nur Fertig bzw. TK Waren angeboten. Deshalb auch nicht die vollen Punkte. Aber alles in allem war es ein schöner Tag.

TK Gerichte müssen nicht sein.

They gave us two separate rooms on different floors, even though we were traveling with children and had made the reservation in advance. They did not inform us that the hotel was fully booked. It was unpleasant to stay in separate rooms because our family was divided. There was mold in the bathroom. One of the rooms was cold. Breakfast was limited; on that day, they didn’t have eggs.
