The hotel worked out perfectly and my stay was pleasant and uneventful!

Staff is always amazing and this is my preferred place when in town on business.

Our room was anything but relaxing. The one night we stayed we had to listen to furniture being moved and so many noises coming from upstairs and the front desk didn’t do anything about it so we cut our trip short.

Perfect!

Parking fees expensive, U$50 per day

I have stayed at this hotel over 20 nights already mostly due to work and my Bonvoy membership pushing me here (Titanium). As mentioned before in a prior review, they don't upgrade or recognize any membership. You might even be on a lower floor, but there are other problems. I am staying over a weekend and was told there is no housekeeping. I decided to ask Front Desk check in agent why: "Understaffed, we do it every other day". I am sorry but honestly why are they collecting room fees and then not cleaning rooms? Especially in a city like Irvine where I am sure they can find staff quite easily. The management at this hotel is demonstrating consistent lack of adherence to basic brand standards. Their front desk staff are trained to walk the same line as well. Lastly about the room: the property is new actually. Note the shower pressure is very very light -- probably related to the budget savings, is my thinking after all of my stays. Besides that the rooms are fine - note some of the rooms can be noisy depending on which part of the hallway you are. The Den room beds are right next to the room entrance doors so you will hear hallway noise. Until management changes, I might be stuck staying here again and again for work -- and will keep posting such reviews in hopes they change.
