The bed was ok

The room was dirty, there was no windows. It was completely in front of a big road and there was noise the whole night. It was difficult to walk around the neighborhood.

For most part the service was great Candy and Ms. Luz area amazing .. The only issues we had was that the tv didn’t work in one room and we also ran out of water but otherwise it is a great place to stay.. we stay there all the time

Nothing

Everything was not professional at all. We booked 2 rooms one for 4 people and another one for 6 people and once arrived they told us that the latter was not available anymore since some people prolonged their stay (!?!?). After discussing for 15 minutes about it they offered me 2 rooms for a total of 7 people, even if I clearly specified once again we were the 10 of us. They finally offered us another room for a total of 9 people. In the rooms there were no towels and the remote for the AC. When we checked out, we were 8 minutes late and after all of this they decided to keep 1/5 of the deposit! Horrible experience and not professional at all. It was kind of a scam

Easy to find. Handyman helpful and attentive.

Run down place. Old construction material piled up on second floor. Big bathroom mirror just fell when I first got there and went to wash my hands, luckily nobody was hurt. Paid for 2 nights and stayed 1.

The staff were fairly attentive, and I had no particular difficulties with the place itself.

Although, I kind of expected a deposit, I found the 500 peso deposit excessive particularly when it wasn't announced beforehand. As it was the end of my stay in the area, and not wanting to take more money out of the bank to fund the last couple of days, I had to rework my last couple of days so I could spend less instead. This is not what vacations are supposed to be like. I should not be having to worry about money, which is what I ended up doing because of the large, unadvertised deposit. Aside from that, the tv was just a wall decoration, there was no mirror, and it was all just a very basic room, which was disappointing given the price... and I got a special deal on the room. Then there was the locked gate on the stairs into the facility that only the staff could open. I understand the need to have secure access, but the staff at the desk couldn't even see the gate, and the little call button didn't seem to work all the time. I found the accommodation wanting, and that is even as a traveller who only views accommodation as a place to sleep between the times when I am out exploring. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend the place, unfortunately.
