The Rumi Hotel & Residences

A lovely hotel with great staff & facilities. Our room was modern & comfortable with a large bed, sofa & access to the outside front veranda. Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast, although it did go down intermittently. The constantly available pastries and hot/ cold drinks was a big plus. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice and fresh cooked egg station too. It is also well located, with a couple of restaurants very close, a well stocked supermarket 200m away & a bank that does currency exchange 500m away. The free laundry was a bonus, but make sure you chase to get it back on time. One downside is the step outside the front doors, it is covered in a loose carpet and you can was trip as we did, causing quite some damage to yourself. Other than that great place to stay.

Grand common areas and staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is spa. Bed is very comfortable. Great night’s sleep. Bath area is large and shower is powerful. They even throw in 5 pieces of laundry for free with a 6 hour return. Could not complain about anything.

We had a lovely staying thecRumi Hotel in Dushanbe. The room was very spacious, clean as can be and had all mod cons. The breakfast was really good and we loved that there was free water, cordial and desserts available at all times in the lobby. Very well located near most of the must see things in the city. The staff were amazing, so friendly sbd helpful. I'd be delighted to stay here again if I return to Dushanbe.

This is a nice hotel, but I don't recommend it for business. The internet connection is almost non-existent, the in-room phone didn't work so I had to go from the 12th floor all the way down to reception to ask a question, and they try to charge you 50 dollars for late checkout at 4 pm.

Great hotel excellent service and location best value for money. Breakfast is rich and nice the hotel offers free laundry service on a daily base plus free shuttle to the air port. Staff is very friendly speaks English and knowledgeable. Even the cleaning team are helpful answers all requests such as extra razor toothpaste etc. More then that there is a free coffe machine working 24 hours and the lobby is big well air conditioned and clean. Location is very good five to ten min. Walk From all major attractions. Definitely stay here again when I’m in Dushanbe

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, hotel management is poor, customer service is not priority for this hotel. The hotel manager needs to be properly trained in hospitality management.

Great location, good cleaned rooms, surved with water and tea coffee. Staff was cooperative, free airport shuttle service. Good breakfast. All the day coffee, drinks and cookies was served free for everyone. The quality of food was very good, in the Buffett lunch and dinner cost usd 18. Nearby Turkish restaurant just adjacent to the hotel, also super market at 1 minute walking distance.

Did not like hotel management, customer service staff, ambience, rooms, or anything. I wish I booked somewhere else instead. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
