Está en el corazón de Suiza, perfecto para visitar el país sin tener que recorrer largas distancias. No tan caro como Interlaken. Un pueblo tranquilo y con todos los servicios. Y el Resort de 10. Apartamentos super bien equipados, cómodos y con todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Mejor que en casa No le falta detalle. Hasta ahora, el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado (y han sido muchos). Si vuelvo a Suiza repetiría sin lugar a dudas.

No se puede decir nada negativo. El personal super atento y las instalaciones perfectas. Por poner un pero, no tiene microondas, pero que si lo pides, te lo facilitan.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel read the reviews carefully before booking. The first thing to be aware of is that this property appears to cater primarily to tour operators and large tourist groups. The hotel consists of multiple buildings, and it seemed that each building was allocated to a different tour group. As an individual traveler, it felt like we were placed right in the middle of these groups. The noise levels were extremely disruptive. Large groups would gather in common areas, talking loudly, shouting, and partying late into the night. Despite multiple complaints to management, the situation did not improve significantly. The hotel eventually posted notices warning guests about fines for noise after 10 PM, but that did little to help when we were being woken up as early as 6 AM by loud conversations and group activity. A peaceful and relaxing stay was simply not possible. Another important point is to carefully review the cleaning requirements and associated charges before booking. The hotel has very strict checkout rules. Guests are expected to return the apartment in almost the exact condition it was received, including cleaning utensils, washing dishes, and cleaning the floors. This is particularly inconvenient when you are on vacation and have an early checkout time. Instead of enjoying the final hours of our trip, we spent several hours cleaning the apartment to avoid additional charges. Finally, customer service was disappointing. Reaching the front desk can be extremely difficult, as staff are only available during limited hours. If you need assistance outside those times, getting hold of someone can be a real challenge. Overall, our experience was frustrating and stressful rather than relaxing. Between the excessive noise, strict cleaning requirements, and limited customer support, this is not a hotel I would choose again.
