Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. I would rate it 5* hotel. Had a great stay. The staff are brilliant. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them.. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Tashkent.

Reception молодцы,очень грамотные вежливые.

Я как только приехал впервую очередь до заселения пошел осматривать номер, номер маленький, но самое ужасное было то , что я увидел в ванной, огромное джакузи вместо душа. Я отменил бронь и сбежал оттуда, так как эту стоимость я поселился в Crowne Plaza.

5/16 下午2点check in, 4点有女员工来刷我房门，而门口我备注的是do not distrub. 我追出去看，她慌忙走开了，她根本不是清洁人员，没有带任何清洁设备。回国后发现在乌兹别克出差期间丢失东西，想让酒店提供视频看下是否有人趁我们不在时进入我们房间，到现在酒店都没提供。
