Tiveram a coragem de me ligar no dia que fechei com o booking para mim cancelar a estadia, e ainda com áudio via whatsap. E dizendo que ainda iam aceitar cancelamento grátis. Uma falta de respeito com uma família que estava em viagem rumo à cidade. Preferi cancelar, pela falta de responsabilidade da empresa
