Acomodações limpas e confortáveis. Funcionários do turno da noite em que estivemos super atenciosos.

No momento do check-in o elevador estava em manutenção. Não havia funcionários para subir malas ao terceiro andar. Hóspede de 80 anos subiu com 02 malas. Havia duas funcionários na recepção que, sequer fizeram sugestão de deixar as malas para subir depois...foi esse o transtorno que baixou o conceito.
