Secure building with guards at reception desk; spacious apartment; balcony

Not enough blankets (it was a very chilly night!); also, room was advertised as having a pull-out couch bed, but the couch was not a convertible, so one family member slept on the couch as a couch, which was less than comfortable, unfortunately. Other thing to note that didn’t bother us, but other guests might want to be made aware of: this apartment building is located in the “red district,” with a strip club located right across the street. We did not feel unsafe; it’s just a data point to share.

I had a wonderful time staying at ULIV Revolucion. The place was very clean, and the lounge in the top floor was a beautiful hangout spot. Recommended.

Todo muy limpio, muy bien todas las instalaciones, excelente atención de la administradora del departamento. Fácil check in y fácil check out.

Great location of the property in a modern looking building near La revolución. Instruction to get in very vague and could improve. Door lock is hidden and in the dark is not noticeable. I tried calling the attendant and would not answered neither phone or msgs. I had to go downstairs and guard show me the location of lock . Place is comfortable but the sheets are stained as well as the towels and really need replacement. The kitchen is very spare: No spoons at all or only one wine glass. To finish the stay, no hot water. I called the apartment attendant Blanca several times and did not answered. Given all the above the apartment is too pricey for what you get .

Everything was fine except that when we arrived at the apartment we sent a message letting them know that their heater was not working and unfortunately, never got an answer. This was first week of December and it was pretty cold at night.
