Fisherman's house in OldTown with exclusive rooftop

Good location. rooms were ok and well equipped kitchen. we only used for sleeping as we eat out.

we didn’t get any towel service. we were there 4 nights and used the beach a lot. so more towel changes were expected. this is the only reason I gave low marks.

The location was central to all bars and restaurants. The house in it self is cute and modern. It has all the things you would need to cook.

Getting to the place was all up hill and in a shady area. The walkway leading to the property smelled of urine and dog poop everywhere. the front door lock is a bit scary. We came back from dinner and went to bed only to find that we could not sleep because of the bad Oder in the bed. We then got up and pulled the sheets off and the mattress and it was in old collapsed mattress that had a lot of pee stains on it. We discussed to go sleep at another place.

The location could not be better! The apartment is big and have very nice views, right in the city Center. Still it is quiet at night. Self check-in was made easy.

The terrace is actually shared with other apartment. It did not really bother us this time, but it might if the neigbor would like to use it as well. In the evening we got message that we need to clean the place ourselves. That was a big and not so nice surprise to us and it was not mentioned when booking the apartment. And there was basically no cleaning products so cleaning was not made very easy.

we never stayed there. our booking was canceled and we were moved to another location. you should be aware of this !!!!

Er was een goed terras met soort vam buitenkeuken. De keuken binnen was ook best goed . Geen woonkamer ,1 kleine krakkemikkige bank in de keuken . Badkamers prima. Stapelbed matrassen zeer slecht .Toegang niet te vinden,geen nummer,geen bordje met de naam van het huis! We hebben de eigenaar moeten bellen om de toegang te vinden .Echt slecht .Huis ligt aan een steil steegje met veel hondendr.. 's Avonds hoor je de karaokebar van iets verderop heel goed . Appartement was wel schoon.

There were dust all over the place especialy on floor in bedrooms. Dishes had not been clean and everything seams that havent been used for while. When we enter for the first time there were bad smell and it was not possible to air the room, since ther is one small window in entrance and rest of the room were without. Beside whole place stink with muldy and dump and it was heavy air. :( Even air con does not help. It might be ok during summer, but for winter month, it definitly need some imrpoovement. Last thing entrance - Key box is behind the gate, adress itself is very hard to find and signe might be infront of a gate.

The skyl8ght in the main bedroom.did not close. There was music from the.town that was.loyd.until 1 am. If it.had.closed.then it would have been more restful.
