Exceptional hospitality!

This hotel is absolutely stunning in every way and I can’t think of a single negative for it! The staff were so friendly and lovely, at check-in, at breakfast, passing in corridors - just lovely. The hotel itself is stunning!! We had a room with sauna and wow!! It was fabulous. The balcony with a view over the beautiful town was just an extra special touch. The room was furnished to perfection and spotless clean. Breakfast was amazing! We both had omelettes freshly made for us, as well as a selection from the buffet and every single thing we ate was la fabulous. I can’t wait to return to the Dolomites so we can stay here again!

The hotel is very beautiful, in a perfect location in a perfect town. .The staff at the hotel is the most courteous and nicest I have ever encountered in a hotel. The balcony in our room was lovely and allowed us to enjoy the stunning view

Breakfast was good, but it lacked a variety of vegetables and salads. Out of the four breakfasts we had at the hotel, only two offered two salads, while the other two had just a few cucumbers and tomatoes. Additionally, the hotel does not have air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep at night during the hot August days. Opening the window was not a great option either, due to the street noise and the various flying insects that could come in.

This is by far the best hotel we´ve stayed at. Very friendly and nice staff that really felt us feel welcome during our full stay of 3 nights in a wonderful room! We had halfboard booked, and that was way over our expectations with fine dining!

Great accommodation

Super cool hotel, centrally located, close to gondolas, shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. the personnel were very accommodating and helpful. The room was big and comfy with a nice touches such as robes, slippers, fruit and turn down service.
