It was so lovely the family that ran it was very friendly and accommodating 😃

If you have mobility problems maybe ask for a lower level room, other then that it’s amazing

Everything about this Guest House was fantastic. The room was superb, it had everything you needed from a mini fridge, large TV and drink making facilities. The room was modern, spacious, clean and well presented. The family room also included a selection of traditional games and children's books which was a special touch.  The Breakfast was great - plenty of choice available. The hosts were friendly and helpful making our visit very enjoyable - thank you Caroline, Robin & staff. We will be definitely be stopping again on our next visit to Whitby.

The owners were very welcoming, the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was a great start to the day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach.
