Otel temiz, odalar kullanışlı, personel ilgili, Kahvaltı yeterli oda servisi yemekler yenilir ama vasat. ancak spa merkezi problemli: hamam ısıtması ve göbektaşı arızalı, kaplıca sabah 8 itibaren açık ama su ancak 1030 gibi yenilenip olması gereken 40 43 dereceye geliyor. Kapalı havuz olimpik ama devir daim yok. Açık havuz ve bar sezon dolayısıyla kapalı

Mayıs 2022 de açılmış 5 yıldız otel çevre ve bina mükemmel , odalar geniş ve son derece temiz taban halı döşenmiş açık havuz mükemmel , kapalı havuz olimpik gerektiğinde kaplıca suyu takviyesiyle ısıtılıyor iki havuzda kadın erkek karışık kullanıyor havuzlar çok temiz, hamam vasat kaplıca havuzu küçük. Biraz eksik taraflarından söz edelim Yataklar çok sert sabah sopa yemiş gibi kalkıyorsunuz. Kaplıca otellerinde bornoz oda da olur burada isterseniz veriyorlar. Şampuan lar 5 yıldıza yakışmayacak kadar kötü. Kahvaltı çeşit bol fakat kalite artırılmalı. Bitki cayı gibi tüm otellerde oda içi ikramlarda bulunan çay için ekstra ucret istenmemeli. Yönetim yeni, elemanlar tecrübesiz belli ki biraz biraz zamana ve tecrübeye ihtiyaçları var.

Connect Thermal oteli yolumuzun üstünde olduğu icin tercih etmiştik, geç giriş yapmamıza rağmen spayı kullanabildik, havuzlar ve hamam 23:30’a kadar açıktı. Spadaki personel genel olarak ilgiliydi. Thermal havuz biraz küçük onun dışında diğer kısımlar beklentiyi karşılıyor. Otel yeni ve güzel dizayn edilmişti, temizdi. Kahvaltısı zengindi.

Kapalı havuzda Çocuk havuzu tadilat aşamasında olduğu söylendi. Açık havuz da çocuk havuzu bulunmuyor. Bunun dışındaki herşey mükemmeldi. Düşünmeden gidin asla pişman olmazsınız. Deniz dışında kendinizi Antalya’da hissettiren bir otel.
