Room was spacious abd bit clean.

the behavior of the staff is not upto the mark. Especially the reception person.

The hotel has good and comfortable rooms and there is no disturbance inside

Rooms should be cleaned often. No one came to clean the room. Also the lift does not work properly which is inconvenient for the aged people

There is no inhouse restaurant,but they have a tie up with the hotel nearby which provides complementary breakfast, which was way good.

Missed the early morning coffee/tea as no inhouse restaurant
