"I won't be returning to Holiday Inn."

Hotel is close to shopping centre.

Parking was one block away, not at hotel. Parking was an extra cost. Staff at check-in didn't speak clear English and weren't clear with explanation of parking and breakfast. It seemed that everything was an extra cost.

It's always very neat and clean. Staff are always friendly, I love staying with IHG. Breakfasts are great.

There were promo photographers there this time around, so the focus was more on the photography than the customers, but I understand. Not the best, but it's not like it's always happening.

Good location if staying for work, clean and comfy stay

There was barely any tv channels (less than regular free to air) and was hard to connect to streaming services (needed to download apps to make this happen), there was no free parking available, and the full room service menu finishes very early.
