Ideal position for visiting relatives and close to Sunshine Plaza for other incidentals. Coffee shops nearby and walking distance to Cotton Tree.

The pillows were rated firm but weren't - they were just as soft as soft ones. Breakfast is now not included in room hire - that was why I went through Booking.com as it was included on there.

you might be Eco friendly but you definitely aren't disability friendly and elderly friendly when it comes to parking, I think that should change. We didn't have a choice to be disable, it's hard enough for us, parking across the road is not good enough. You should have parking for disability and elderly with accommodation. You pay that amount for the accommodation not expecting you to walk to your accommodation at 7.45pm at night, with a disability, luggage and to take my daughter to the hospital at 6am in the morning.

Parking needs to be changed more for disability with your accommodation
