"Good value for money with a warm welcome!"

Location was very good with a short downhill walk to town centre. Staff were lovely, very welcoming, polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and value for money as it was included in the price.

Honestly it’s one of the cleanest, friendliest hotels I’ve stayed in . Great location , the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us . Sadly didn’t get to try breakfast as we didn’t want to get out of the super comfy bed 😁but all the other guests we spoke to assured us it was also fantastic and great value . And on a lovely sunny day the garden is a really nice place to sit and have a drink . Would definitely recommend. And next time I’m in Bournemouth will definitely stay at the Grove . Also the bar is open all night 😁just saying.

Obsługa była niezwykle pomocna, uprzejma i zawsze uśmiechnięta — wszystkie czułyśmy się świetnie zaopiekowane przez cały pobyt. Dodatkowo położenie hotelu jest idealne, bardzo dobrze skomunikowane, co znacznie ułatwia zwiedzanie i poruszanie się po okolicy. Atmosfera miejsca zdecydowanie na plus. Z czystym sumieniem polecamy każdemu!

"Lovely friendly hotel"

This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always smiling and welcoming it was a pleasure to stay here and I will return. The breakfast was delicious and the garden was peaceful and the birds were chirpy The bed was very large and comfortable..the room was an excellent size. Bright and airy great value for money I would stay again.

The shower in my room was small and I am small. There was some road noise as I had the window open as there was no AC.

This hotel was great value for money! Excellent location, lovely airy room, 10 minutes walk from the beach and really nice staff! We liked it so much, we are coming back next week.
