I like the location

The springs of the bed give noise with every movement. It was not possible to sleep. The water of the shower flows out from everywhere.

The owner was very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags prior to the proper check in time.

The apartment was very shabby and hadn't been cleaned very well. There was a dirty glass in the sink and a dirty dish cloth. The shower mat was dirty and the towels were very old and didn't smell clean. The bedding was stained.

The only place stairs were mentioned was in the amenities not accessibly and it said some apartments may have stairs The picture was of 4 inside stairs

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. The place was dirty, with walls falling apart and visible yellow stains. The shower head was leaking and not fixed properly on the wall, making it hard to use. The shower door was also broken, causing water to flood the entire bathroom. One of the bed's mattresses was so thin that I could feel the underlying structure, making it almost impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Thankfully, there was another bed, and I was only with three people—otherwise, one of us would have been very uncomfortable. Arriving at night made things even worse. The entrance was completely dark, making it impossible to see the door and the key locker properly—I had to use my flashlight. Inside the building, none of the lights were working, or at least there was no way to turn them on, so I had to rely on my flashlight again to find my way to the other part of the building. Overall, this apartment is definitely not worth the price. The condition of the place and the lack of basic maintenance, especially with the cleanliness and broken fixtures, made the stay very uncomfortable. Considering the high cost, I expected much better.

It be is literally in the best place for beautiful bologna. Amazing bars, cafes and restaurants all around. The place is huge too! Lots of space for everything!

The shower door had a sign saying “dont close” because it is broken which is a real pain and not expected, especially when additional towels weren’t provided for the inevitable water from the shower. The bed was super uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep for the two days I was there.

the location is great :) the apartment is located close to the city centre as well as the railway station

we wanted to check in at 2 p.m. since the check-in starts at 12. We let the owner know about the time of our arrival and they let us know that the cleaning staff would start cleaning the apartment at 1 p.m. which was hardly enough time to clean but we did not have any other choice. However, when we entered the apartment at 2 p.m. the apartment was still dirty and the person responsible for the cleaning arrived around 2.30 p.m. It was definitely not the most comfortable situation but it is what it is. What we found most appalling was that the cleaning person only changed the bed sheets and towels and left after around 15 minutes without vacuuming, dusting cleaning the kitchen or even the bathroom. Additionally, the shower was broken and it was impossible to close the shower doors so after each and every shower the bathroom floor was extremely wet.

The bathroom was disgusting. It was unclean. The shower door was taped to the wall with gaffer tape with a sign saying do not touch so it was impossible to have a proper wash. There was no plug in the sink so couldn’t shave or wash hair (washing hair was impossible in the shower unless you flooded the room). The shower tray was full of mould and dirt. The bidet was filthy. The security gate was broken and was taped with gaffer tape. The door was also broken and we got locked into the apartment as the internal lock would not open. Luckily we managed to unlock it using a knife after 20mins of being locked inside the apartment.

This flat is in an outstanding location and was undoubtedly offered at this excellent price because it has a few problems at the moment. It was clean and the host was responsive. The flat is spacious and comfortable.

The wifi did not work and the hot water was extremely variable. The shower door was broken and fixed open, which made showering a bit tricky because of the bathroom set up. The washing machine and the air conditioners were both in good working order.
