Great location, facilities were everything you would need if self catering. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment (3 ladies visiting). Lovely pool area and always found available Sunbeds. Staff were lovely, especially Nacho, very kind and patient with us and self imposed issues with suitcase

Apartment was spotless, great location and staff were very pleasent at all times.

Would have loved a mirror in the bedroom! Also option of a welcome pack would be great as we arrived late at night.

Balcony and the cleanliness

A bad odour was coming from the toilets every morning, pool could be cleaner

Very clean property, the view was amazing perfect for our Hen do great balcony for the evening. Staff was very helpful leading up to our stay and on the stay ensuring the check in was a smooth process. Would highly recommend.

The aircon had a bit of a smell but other than that all good.

Location was good, only a short walk to the beach/promenade & 12 minutes to Orange Square. Staff were helpful & friendly. Apt was clean & had microwave/dishwasher/oven/coffee maker. Auto keycard to phones were great as everyone had access & no worries re keys. Beach towels provided which was great. Lovely cafe to the front of the apt block

Paid extra for a Seaview apartment but we were on the 3rd floor & really didn't have much of a sea view, in fact we were overlooking a very busy main road with traffic going 24/7 so sitting on the balcony wasn't overly pleasant. No change of towels in our 4 day stay which seems to be hotel policy but realistically towels need to be changed every 2 days, no housekeeping so no bins emptied either.
