"Pesimo"

Me cobraron una noche que no me dejaron entrar por que llegue fuera de horario según la persona que me atendió, me lo cobraron en la aplicacion booking. Y Tuve que pagar en otro hotel mi hospedaje, mande mensaje y no me dieron respuesta En general es un hotel muy malo por esa razon.
