Albufeira, One step to the beach (13)

The location is great! 15 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the private pool in the complex, the views from the balcony, and the amenities in the kitchen. Washing machine in the apartment we made use of. The beach umbrellas that came with the apartment are key for the beach in the summer!

There was no WiFi code when we arrived, and it took until our second day to get this from the hosts. In addition, the power went out for about one hour in the evening. Hosts were able to fix both issues. Communication was confusing as there is multiple numbers messaging you via WhatsApp, booking, and AI bots. Overall, the space is fine but is showing its age. Couches are old, and some minor things like plugs in the wall are broken, shower head holder is broken, bidet was broken before we arrived. Note that there is a pull out mattress but only for one person. If you are 4 people, one person has to sleep on the couch. Also note this place is bare bones - there was no extra toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, dish washing soap, etc. We had to purchase many of these items when we arrived.

Lovely view, great pool area. Spacious apartment! 10 min walk to the old town.

Turning the water off at the mains at night due to a water leak was a slight inconvenience. The address provided is vague, after messaging Antonio, he provded more information. We still struggled to find it initially.

L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. La plage se trouve à quelques minutes à pied. Piscine de la résidence agréable et entretenue.

La difficulté à se stationner dans la rue. Très bruyant le soir. La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas. L’appartement est vétuste et manque d’entretien (prises arrachées, nombreux éclats sur le carrelage, présence d’insectes nuisibles).

The view from the property was amazing, and all our needs were met.

The safe was broke, the shower head too.

Apartment is very clean; with everything you need for a relaxing break. Wonderful sea views, in a quiet residential area, close to the beach and the old town. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Antonio who is a very welcoming host.
