the location was very convenient, bed was comfortable and shower was good.

upon arrival (midnight) I had no message or email saying which room I was in or PIN codes to the key boxes to access the property. after calling multiple times I received a message with such details followed by a second message telling me I had been contacted with these details prior, I had not. upon entry to the room the first thing I tried to turn on was the bedside lamp, however, it wasn’t plugged in and there was no socket remotely close to it. I then attempted to access the WiFi but to no avail. the person in the room next to me was also unable to connect to the WiFi.

TV worked this time, room clean and comfortable.

Parking was hit and miss this time.

Ideal size with storage for clothes and accessories. Bed comfortable and bed linen clean. Radiator didn't work but a good electric heater supplied.

Cracks down wall in shower room from top to bottom, chips and stains on walls (cleaned like a blood mark next t side of bed and tried to clean marks elsewhere ). Lamp flex joined with a plastic joiner, thought this was dangerous and illegal as not got any electrical tape covering the wires

Cheapest place we could find in Crewe. Decent location, mostly clean too.

Cobwebs in the bathroom, the bathroom floor was stained, bed was a bit bouncy for my liking, and because of the door closing mechanism, whenever anyone else left their room, the door would slam.

Room was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and clean

Thus is my second visit now where the free view hasn't worked despite my messaging on both occasions. I found this lack of response very disappointing.
