Nickah who was working at the reception was absolutely incredible. The customer service was so outstanding way beyond any hotel I have stayed at. She made sure everything we needed was sorted and happy to assist us whatever direction was necessary. She is the best ambassador the hotel could hope to have. The other staff were also very good but Nickah was exceptional!

The pool was the only reason i booked this hotel. And when i arrived the staff told me the pool was closed for 2 months. In the middle of the summer. Terrible.
