Quiet and spacious room

The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable in terms of size. Unfortunately, cleanliness let the stay down significantly. In the morning, once daylight came into the room, I noticed splashes and white smudges on one of the walls. I honestly do not want to speculate about what they were, but they looked unpleasant and should certainly have been identified and cleaned before the room was allocated to a guest. It was quite off-putting and raised concerns about the standard of housekeeping. I mentioned this to reception as I only noticed it the following morning. However, the response felt dismissive, with a general "don't really care" attitude rather than any genuine concern or apology. While the room itself was quiet and spacious, the poor cleanliness and indifferent customer service mean I would hesitate to stay here again.

The room was incredible value for its location. Spacious, comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras that were unexpected such as the bathrobes and slippers, the Rituals shampoo etc and the complimentary water and biscuits. The room was modern, clean and the staff were lovely.

Parking, you have to go in the multi story and walk. Not far but not nice when raining. The gym is also quite small.
