The facilities are very clean and everything feels premium. The lobby and rooms are very well presented. The location is great, easy to get to and has the city on the doorstep without feeling too busy or loud. We were on the 10th floor and could only just about hear sirens going to the hospital opposite when the room was silent. It was great value for money for a weekend and parking is available just a short walk away for a great price too, with the 30% discount provided by the hotel on every stay. The bed was really big and comfy, the shower was lovely and has both a rainfall and detachable shower head to switch between. The TV is a good size and has a built in Chromecast to easily stream from your devices. We ordered room service which came promptly and was easy to order. I recommend the salt and pepper chicken which was absolutely delicious. There is also a restaurant on site should you want to try it. I always stay here when visiting Liverpool and have never had an experience that has made me change my mind.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the TV in our room and the picture was not displaying correctly. I spoke to a very polite and helpful lady at the desk who raised this issue immediately and then a very respectful gentleman came up to the room not long after to try to fix the issue. The TV required a bigger fix so they kindly offered to move us to another room and went above and beyond by providing us with a free room upgrade as a courtesy. The suite we were given instead was stellar (as shown in photos) and this gesture really made our weekend special. We are very grateful for the support we received.

Wonderful modern hotel. Room equipped with all you need, plenty of plugs, great lighting, storage space, comfy chair, great TV. Breakfast room on first floor is a bright, relaxing space, great food selection.

If I could change anything, I would suggest to add hooks, hanging rails for towels in the bathroom.
