"the worst room in several years"

the room was dirty with an unpleasant smell, the view from the room was of a construction site, it was very noisy, the windows could not be closed, the wind blew through the windows, the staff persistently wrote and called several times to impose paid services, which are usually free. very early checkout - 10:00, the towels were gray, not white, the bed did not have a fresh smell. I really did not like it.
