The amenities available to enjoy

I could not speak to any member of staff on reception as no one was picking up my call on a Saturday afternoon! I was calling to advise that i would not be staying as I had injured my ankle & couldn’t drive . There is no facility on this feedback form to report a ‘no show’.

Very modern Great shower Fantastic breakfast

Very noisy, lots of people on the 5th floor having parties. I was there with my 3 year old. Had to move rooms due to noise - the staff were helpful and gave me a new room but the same thing happened again In the second room I was given I had to ask the people to turn their music down (extremely loud at 10.30pm). I know it's a city centre hotel but there should be limits.
