Coffee was watery. Pillows were useless, had to use five to even feel like you had a pillow.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff was unhelpful from the start, first claiming they couldn’t find my reservation and then trying to charge extra for my friend, even though my booking was already for two guests. I also specifically requested not to be put on the first floor, but when I arrived at 2:40 p.m., I was told no rooms had been cleaned yet and was ultimately placed on the first floor anyway. The room itself was not fully ready, as the remote was missing and we had to go and ask for one because no one answers the phone when you call the front desk. Then the remote still had to be fixed later. On top of that, the clock was an hour behind, which made the situation even more frustrating since my friend was nearly late for work. The hotel may be new, but the staff clearly is not prepared to handle guests properly. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would rate the staff at front desk 1 star.
