Que cuando llegamos y llamamos al teléfono varias veces , se cortaba la llamada y no pudimos entrar hasta las 15:30 . Solo necesitábamos información porque si es verdad que pone chek in a las 16. Pero saber q no hay recepción y que hay q llamar por teléfono…

Las instalaciones estaban bien

No habia personal de recepcion el chek in es atraves de un interfono, no hay nevera en la habitacion, la maquina de refrescos fuera de servicio la cafeteria para cenar muy cara
